📦 Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to customs, local couriers, or external events beyond our control.
💶 Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
🛃 Duties & Taxes (Outside EU)
For orders shipped outside the European Union:
- Local customs duties, import taxes, or VAT may apply
- These are not included in our prices and are the buyer’s responsibility
We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.
❗ Delivery Issues
If your package is:
- Marked as delivered but not received
- Delayed with no updates
- Damaged on arrival
Please contact us within 48 hours of the issue at contact@moya-care.com with your order number and any relevant photos. We’ll assist you as quickly as possible.
📨 Wrong Address?
If you entered the wrong address at checkout, contact us immediately.
We can only modify shipping details before the order is dispatched.
